We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe environment for our employees, clients, and visitors. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms, replenishing supplies as needed.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Clean windows, doors, and fixtures to maintain a professional appearance.
- Maintain and sweep outdoor areas, such as entryways and walkways.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or security concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning supplies and equipment properly.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as directed.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is kept in good working order and is regularly maintained.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleaning and safety.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety precautions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
